Christmas Returns and Exchanges

Our extended Christmas returns policy is now active, running from 9th December 2024 to 5th January 2025. Purchases made from 9th December can be returned until 5th January.

Please note: The standard 14-day returns policy resumes on 26th December.


UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

For our UK customers we have various delivery options available, Standard 48hr delivery including an Express Next Day service, or free Click & Collect to our high street store.

  • Free Next Day Delivery on orders over £70

Purchases made Monday to Friday before 4 pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Orders placed before 12 pm on Saturday will be delivered on Sunday with next-day delivery selected.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Europe (DDP) Delivery Duty paid - We cover all duties and taxes on our shipments, so there's no extra cost to you, the customer up to the order value of 150 euros.

This service includes full tracking and insurance.

For international orders within Europe and the Republic of Ireland, placed Monday to Friday before 4pm (UK time), delivery will occur within 3-5 working days, and worldwide delivery within 5-7 working days. This service includes full tracking and insurance.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it to us in an unused and sellable condition within 14 days of the date on your receipt unless your purchase falls within our extended Christmas Returns policy.

All items must be returned in their original boxes and packaging.

We aim to process all returns within 7 days of us receiving the goods back in our warehouse, however generally this is done within 48 hours. However, please make sure that you fill out your returns form in full before sending it back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?

There are 3 ways you can return your items back:

1. Collect from your home, workplace or nominated safe place. Use your own label or the postman will bring one for you.

2. Drop off, with your own label or QR code at your local Royal mail drop off point or post office

2. Parcel postbox using only your own label

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN MY ORDER?

We offer a free UK returns option to help take away any hassle of returning your item(s). Our recommended free returns service is Royalmail. If you use a different postal service, then you are liable for these return costs and will not be refunded for this.

REFUNDS

If you’d like a refund, these will be given at the original purchase price (excluding initial delivery charge) and made to your original method of payment.

On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 30 working days. Once your Order has been refunded you will receive notification via email.

EXCHANGES

Got the wrong size? Picked the wrong colour? Don’t worry, you can exchange for something else by filling out the exchange section of our returns form and sending everything back by post or returning your order to store if the replacement product is in stock. If there’s a price difference between what you purchased originally and the exchange product, we’ll either refund the difference or give you a phone call to take the additional payment.

Unfortunately, we can only offer exchanges within the UK.

ITEMS PURCHASED INSTORE

Spiralseven will only refund any merchandise that is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached, within 7 days of purchase upon production of a valid receipt (excluding underwear and shoecare).

Spiralseven are happy to give an exchange or gift card on any merchandise that is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached, within 14 days of purchase upon production of a valid receipt (excluding underwear and shoecare).

Refunds will be made according to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Where the purchase was made by a debit or credit card the refund will be made to this card, provided the cardholder is present and in possession of the card otherwise an exchange will be offered. Please note a refund back onto a debit or credit card can take between 5 and 10 working days.
